Tiny steps for the better
It’s the start of a new school year again, you meet your old pals and make new ones. Some of you might have already set their mind on being someone “new” especially when nobody knows you in your current environment. In line with this attitude, why not start eating healthy and knowing what you eat.
Eating organic means you’re ditching at least 95% of chemicals found in non-organic productss (fruits and veggies). However, going 100% organic will eat your money up, thus you wonder how should you start your new lifestyle.
Here’s list of fods you should prioritize and eat organically, as they still contain tons of chemicals even after washing or peeling them (yes, peeling, taking out the skin which is rich in vitamins … ).
Leafy veggies (in general, especially for salads)
Apples!
Strawberries
Grapes
Potatoes!
Milk (cow milk specifically)
Chicken
Eggs
Bell peppers
Beef
Carrots
Cucumbers
Coffee and tea !
actually foods that we eat without peeling theskin :)
Hope this will help you on your next grocery shopping 😊 And for more info check out the full list made by EWG (Environmental Working Group)
