Vegan make-up

It’s the end of the day and as mentioned I will be talking about Vegan make-up as a continuation to my previous post. Indeed, I stumbled upon a short article on HappynGood blog about Vegan make-up. Personally, I prefer using natural products on my skin, I have no problem with my skin ritual but what about make-up? Yes it is not necessary but it is something that I do enjoy.

Unfortunately, when we want to take care of our body and use natural products as it is possible it tends to be pricey (in terms of make-up), this is a fact but what’s a couple of bucks if your skin is at risk? You sure you want those chemicals sticking all-day long onto your skin? I know using 100% Vegan products is not entirely possible with your other daily expenses, but it could be a good investment for a healthier skin.

These are the brands I use for my make-up that are at least animal cruelty free:

Lush (natural ingredients)

The Body Shop (some products are vegan)

Yves Rocher (vegan products)

These brands are average in terms of price, so feel free to visit their site and get to know their products’ ingredients.

Recently though, I found this vegan brand that might also interest you:

Lily Lolo 👉 an English make-up brand, quite cheap for a vegan make-up. I have not tested them out yet but when I do get my hands on them I’ll be sure to make a review 😉

I’ll be sure to update my list whenever I discover other brands :) In the meantime, be sure not to forget removing your make-up and using a good moisturizer before going to sleep to let your pores breathe after being locked up by your foundation, concealers etc .. for the whole day (LOL)

That’s it for this post guys, if anyone feels like tackling the subject in depth, please do not hesitate to submit your article ❤, though I will surely do articles about vegan make-up!
